For my rewind recipe I made the Holiday Bundt cake. I also made this recipe last year for work but this year I added the maple syrup icing- OH MY!!! This really is one of my favorite bundt recipes- it has all of my favorite holiday flavors and I subbed walnuts for pecans since I didn’t have any. I’m really enjoying all the cranberry recipes this fall! Happy Thanksgiving!!!
I was very grateful for this recipe- so many parts that you could make and then refrigerate and wait for assembly. It was exactly what my crazy schedule called for (and even then it took me forever to post this)!!!! I wasn’t sure what to expect because I’ve never eaten much shortbread. This was fabulous! I really loved how the shortbread came out and the cranberry-orange jam especially. It had a really wonderful flavor! If I was able to bake for Thanksgiving (we’re traveling) this would make the cut to be sure! This recipe was selected by Jessica of A Singleton in the Kitchen
